Gale provided planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for the comprehensive renovation of the Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School athletic campus. The project transformed the existing facilities into a modern, competition-ready complex with three synthetic turf fields, a new six/eight-lane running track, tennis courts, grandstand seating, press box, athletic lighting, and a 2,060 sf amenities building. Improvements also included grading, drainage, site utilities, stormwater management, fencing, and ADA accessibility.
The project required careful coordination due to the site’s proximity to residential neighborhoods and jurisdictional wetlands. Gale developed solutions that minimized disturbance while addressing environmental, drainage, and permitting requirements. Extensive state and local permitting was completed to support construction of the athletic improvements.
