Melissa has been with Gale for four (4) years working in the Structural Group. Her work entails performing condition assessments, structural calculations, preparing contract documents and construction phase services for the design of new and existing buildings.
She assists the building enclosure group in performing field work for exterior rehabilitation projects, which include forensics, structural calculations, design, coordination, preparation of specifications and construction phase services.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part about my job is that every project is different, which lets you continue to learn new things.
