John Kurpeski is a building enclosure engineer with over 12 years of experience in the evaluation, forensics, design, and construction of new and existing building enclosure systems and assemblies—roofs, walls, windows, and below-grade waterproofing. He manages all phases of enclosure projects and consults in the areas of design peer review, new construction, commissioning, and expert testimony related to building enclosure failures. His project portfolio ranges from water infiltration assessments and historic restoration to energy efficient window and steep-sloped roof replacements.
