The Best Firms to Work For Award recognizes outstanding architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms across the United States and Canada. The award is based largely on employee feedback and evaluates workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational practices.
This year, Gale ranked #9 nationally among firms with 100 to 199 employees and #15 in the Multidiscipline Firm category.
Now in its 62nd year, Gale continues to grow with eight regional offices and the highest employee count in the firm’s history.
