Brian Neely, AIA, CDT, BECxP, Vice President and Director of the Building Enclosure Consulting and Commissioning Group at Gale, was honored with the CSI Boston Chapter’s Manning S. “Red” Chellis Memorial Award at the Chapter’s September program, held on October 8, 2025, at the University of Massachusetts Club.
This prestigious award, established in 2002, recognizes a member of the Chapter’s community of architects, engineers, and specifiers who has demonstrated exceptional service to the Boston Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. The recipient exemplifies the outstanding qualities that Manning S. “Red” Chellis embodied—dedication, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to the Chapter’s mission.
