Gale’s Building Enclosure and Structural Team came together for a company retreat in Boston’s beautiful Seaport district.
This retreat was an opportunity to reflect on recent projects, share fresh ideas, and strengthen our connection as a team. We kicked things off with technical presentations and thoughtful discussions, focusing on how we can continue delivering innovative solutions for our clients.
After a productive day, we wrapped things up with a few rounds of darts and a team dinner! Proud of the work we do and the people we do it with. Here’s to continued growth, innovation, and teamwork!
